Ryan Casali joined United Public Adjusters in 2018. Since then, he has played a crucial role in managing the Content team and helping policyholders through some of their most challenging times.

He does excellent work in handling large inventories within the company to provide better in-house support to his colleagues, which in turn, ensures client satisfaction. Ryan is licensed in several states, allowing him to work with property owners based all over the country and clients who own multiple properties across different states.

Ryan has held various positions in the company and has worked his way to his current position, where he supervises a team of Public Adjusters who work in the field, inventorizing damaged property for homeowners and businesses. He works closely with his team and policyholders to ensure that damaged items are priced correctly. Ryan also conducts in-person inspections with insurance company adjusters to review personal property damage claims. He creates detailed reports for submission to the insurer and coordinates with the insurance company and the insured to promptly obtain claim status updates, offers, timelines, and receipts.

Ryan and his team don’t stop handling a claim once their client gets a check. They continue working to ensure that the replacement cost benefits are released to the clients in a timely fashion once they replace their personal property items.
Ryan has handled various claims, from house fires to water damage in commercial properties such as clothing stores and restaurants. His proficiency shines best through his meticulous approach to reconstructing the entirety of affected properties. One significant case involved a house fire where he spent seven days documenting all damaged items, resulting in the insured receiving their policy limit. Another notable project was an arcade that experienced flood damage, requiring meticulous inventory and photo documentation. Another notable case was with a building that was burnt down to the ground and he had to sit down with ownership and management of a supermarket to recreate a business personal property inventory. He went through multiple meetings to figure out the contents of each aisle and the inventory stored in basements to recreate them for documentation. This comprehensive approach ensures that his clients receive fair and accurate compensation for their losses.

Ryan brings compassion, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to his role. He listens to clients’ concerns, provides support, and ensures accurate and thorough documentation of personal property damage claims. He is compassionate and empathetic but does not back down from rebutting the insurance company’s estimates if it’s not in the insured’s favor.
